From a Backyard Recipe to Lansing's Favorite Wing Snob Spot

It started with a backyard grill, a stubborn perfectionist, and a refusal to settle for ordinary wings. Wing Snob founder Marcus Johnson spent two years testing sauces, adjusting rubs, and refining techniques before he ever served a single plate to the public. 2017

The Backyard Experiments Begin

First Pop-Up Success
